Business Development Representative
Storable is seeking a Business Development Representative to help us further grow our customer base. Candidates for this role will be expected to identify and overcome a variety of new hurdles daily. When connecting with storage facility operators, you will shift seamlessly between identifying where we can deliver additional value to our existing customer base and qualifying potential net-new deals.
Through understanding and identifying what problems self storage operators are facing in their day-to-day operations, you will be able to empower our sales executives with discovery information to help them demonstrate how our technology solutions can help solve those problems.
What you will do:
- Regularly interact with storage facility operators, using Salesforce for team tracking and working purposes. Some of these metrics include (but are not limited to) phone calls, leads, and pipeline management
- Constantly test new and innovative approaches to sales and lead generation.
- Demonstrate the ability to call out to our current customer base to generate cross-sell opportunities for our sales reps.
- Work multiple outbound/outreach call campaigns from our marketing team.
- Cold-call into regional areas to find net-new opportunities with storage owners
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a fun and congenial work environment with your team.
- Design, refine, and document various value propositions from scratch to understand how to best route different customers to multiple products.
- Prioritize consistently to move high urgency, high quality opportunities immediately and jump back into next prioritized task
- Maintain strong discipline of clicks and process inside of Salesforce
- More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- 80+ outbound calls a day.
- Generate 2 outbound SQLs per day
- Pipeline management and follow-ups with potential clients
- Hitting monthly activity and lead quotas
- Taking detailed notes on all customer interactions
What you will need:
- 1+ years in SaaS sales or support, ideally in a fast-growing startup environment. (Or comparable work experience.)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (or comparable CRM), Zendesk (or similar tool), Google Apps, and Microsoft Office
- A hunger not just to get results right the first time, but also to improve them for the future
- Exceptional communication skills (phone, email, and text)
- Time-management skills and motivation to constantly push yourself to do better in a remote environment. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, trust yourself to make the right call in the moment, and can calmly develop best practices as you go
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability and foresight to consolidate and simplify your daily tasks in order to scale systems and processes across larger teams

Manager, Product Design
Storable is hiring a Manager, Product Designer (Consumer) to join our growing UI/UX Product Design team. In this role, you'll lead, mentor, and support a team of talented designers while occasionally rolling up your sleeves to design user experiences yourself. Manager, Storage Sales
The Sales Manager will have responsibility for growth of new revenue and expansion of existing revenue. The manager will play a hands-on role in nurturing/closing deals as well as a role in leveraging a scalable, repeatable sales process and methodology.
What you will do everyday:
- Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals
- Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and address challenges

We are seeking a highly motivated Payments Migration Specialist (Contract) to lead customers' transition from independent sales organizations (ISOs) and third-party gateways to our integrated payments solution on a vertical SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in payment processing, ISOs, and merchant account management, as well as experience with SaaS platforms and the technical requirements of migrating payment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Payment Migrations: Execute the migration of customers from legacy ISOs and third-party gateways to the integrated payments product on our vertical SaaS platform.

Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Storable is seeking a results-driven and detail oriented Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to enhance our marketing performance and drive operational excellence.
As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing the marketing technology stack, processes, and analytics to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and data-driven decision-making. Storable is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a B2B SaaS background to deliver against Storable Payments’ multi-vertical platform strategy. You will work with colleagues across product, design, marketing, engineering, client success, sales, and the senior executive leadership team to identify areas for improvement, define potential solutions and use data-driven, and lean start-up principles to drive measurable results. Your success will be measured by how well you drive to organizational success for Storable and our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Lead a cross functional team of support, implementation, sales, marketing, product, engineering, product operations, business operations and design to build processes and coordinate successful rollouts of the Storable Payments on each of Storable’s platforms.
- Build relationships with storage operators to understand how we can better help their businesses save time and improve profitability through payments products.
- Spend considerable time looking at customer behavior metrics from our tools and comparable experiences elsewhere. You will use that insight to validate the right direction for the product.
- Conduct market research and stay up to speed on the payments industry to identify new products and potential revenue streams.

What you’ll need:
- 5 years of professional experience in the tech industry
- 3+ years product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Background in card payment processing required. ACH and alternative payment methods experience preferred.
- Experience working and holding to account 3rd party vendors to achieve objectives.
- Strong cross-functional organizational skills to manage dependencies and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
- Analytical. Understand how to predict, measure and communicate financial impact of changes

Responsibilities
Integrations

Qualifications

- Experience with various applications in the GTM tech stack including DocuSign, Conga, Jotforms, LeanData, and sales-assisting AI applications.

- Strong proficiency in Workato (preferred) or another iPaaS solution (Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.).

Sr. Engagement Manager
Senior Engagement Manager
As the Engagement Manager for Professional Services at Storable, you will play a critical role in managing custom software development projects, as well as reporting and business intelligence (BI) solution development. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers, our customer-facing teams (sales and account management), and internal teams (product and engineering). Training & Support Consultant
Location: In-office, Queensland, Australia.
This role of Training & Support Consultant ensures our valued clients receive a world-class experience, by providing them with support and training regarding product functionality, new features, updates, and troubleshooting.
As a Training and Support Consultant at Newbook, you will play a dual role in delivering exceptional customer support and providing training to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming phone calls and support requests from customers seeking assistance whilst also conducting training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of our products and services. Your ability to provide superior support and training will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value they derive from our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support:
- Troubleshoot technical problems customers encounter, guiding them through step-by-step solutions and employ active listening to fully understand customers' needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Offer ongoing support to clients after the live day, helping them troubleshoot issues and optimize their use of the company's solutions.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and notify/escalate client concerns to senior management / customer success.
- Strive to achieve customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to improving customer experience.
- Maintaining Customer Support satisfaction scores as per KPI targets
Client Training:
- Assess the specific needs and requirements of each client to tailor training programs accordingly.
- Develop training materials, modules, and resources to facilitate client learning.
- Conduct training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, to educate clients on the company's products, services, and operational procedures.
- Ensure that clients understand and can effectively use the tools and resources provided.
- Adhere to support and training standards to ensure consistently high-quality interactions.
Live Day Preparation:
- Work closely with clients to prepare them for their "live day," which will involve the launch of their database, ensure importing and setup requirements are met.
- Ensure crosschecking is completed before live day is due.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the transition to live operations, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Self-Leadership:
- Continuously update your knowledge and skills related to the company's offerings and industry trends.
- Stay informed about changes and updates to the company's products or services.
- Take the initiative to identify areas for improvement in the client training process and suggest enhancements.
Documentation and System Management:
- Maintain and log detailed records of client training sessions, progress, and feedback in CRM.
- Maintain Knowledge Base and Confluence.
- Create training reports and summaries for management and clients.
