How Veritec Solutions Works With SiteLink

Our newest generation of self-storage pricing analytics are now available on a subscription basis, making them much more affordable to smaller and mid-size self-storage companies. Previously only available to the largest companies, we are now bringing advanced scientific methods for setting and adjusting prices to many more firms in the industry.

Although results vary by company, our pricing analytics typically enable companies to increase their annual revenues by four to nine percent. Currently, our software modules can help SiteLink customers improve decision-making in two areas:

1. Setting and adjusting monthly rates for new customers
2. Increasing rents of current customers

Veritec’s Pricing Analytics provide specific pricing recommendations by unit type and rent increase recommendations for each lease, consistent with your company’s policies. SiteLink has designed a custom API for Veritec, allowing for automated data uploads and downloads between SiteLink and Veritec’s Pricing Analytics. Data from SiteLink, as well as web-based competitor data, are downloaded on a nightly basis.

This integration enables SiteLink customers to seamlessly make pricing adjustments in our system and have them transmitted to SiteLink. A wide variety of data and information can be easily accessed to support pricing analyses.
